Neck and shoulder tension
is a very common issue for anyone, particularly if you work
in an office and/or rarely stretch this area.
It can lead to tension headaches or migraines and
(long term) spinal issues.
It is also particularly difficult to manipulate yourself,
which doesn't help the problem, but we can help.

The session includes an oil neck & shoulder massage and
some postural tips and suggested stretches to assist you to maintain this area.

2 Styles of Head Massage ~ to calm your being and bring stillness to the mind. You can choose the Ayurvedic Indian Head massage (most therapeutic for the nervous system) or Lomilomi Hawaiian Head, neck, face and shoulder massage.
Fabulous Feet ~ treat your hard working feet to the ultimate pampering session to relieve fatigue and give your whole being a lift. A combination of reflexology, hot stones*, massage and reiki is applied. (*optional).
